Very unimpressed with the fact my toilet had to be continuously plunged every time we went to the bathroom. Paid out of pocket for a plunger just so we didn't have to keep asking. TV worked horribly. Screen kept going black while we could hear what was going on we kept losing the picture and we had to keep messing with the volume because it kept going to a headphone setting every time we altered the volume.

Very pleased. A little annoyed your not allowed to go to your room to eat your breakfast in private, rules to eat in the dining room first thing in the morning with strangers, very uncomfortable.

The environment is not bad, the bed is comfortable and clean, the water pressure in the bathroom is normal, the spa pool is well maintained, there are supermarkets around, and it is about 14 minutes drive from downtown Portland.

I liked the room very much and decided to extend my stay for one night. The front desk staff of the hotel was very patient and enthusiastic, and other employees were also very warm and polite. I was very satisfied with the experience and would choose this place again if I had the chance.
